Ms. Deb opened this delightful school in 2002 with an amazing program. With her natural ability to love, nurture, and educate, she guides children into a lifetime of curiosity and learning. Deb has over 30 years of teaching experience including 7 years in the Boulder Valley School District at Mesa Elementary. Crissy Gedenberg

Ms. Crissy, Ms. Deb’s daughter, joined the Dream Makers staff in 2005. She has a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Art. Her playful behavior and creative art background make her an amazing teacher. She is our “atelierista,” or art teacher, and has used many types of media to enrich our Reggio Emilio program. Our full-time teachers are owners Ms. Deb Gedenberg and Ms. Crissy Gedenberg. Additional teaching and support staff are selected for their education, experience, and ability to enrich the spirit, as well as the intellect, with kindness and love. Our PhilosophyWith over 35 years of combined experience in early childhood education and preschool curriculum, we have found that combining the Love and Logic method for teaching behavior, with a Reggio Emilia approach to learning through play is an amazing and powerful combination!
Our SchoolNestled in a secluded location next to Boulder Creek, the Dream Makers ‘cottage’ is our home away from home! With an open play area and a simple sliding glass door separating indoors from outdoors, children move effortlessly between our cozy learning centers and our outdoor features, including a picnic area, sandbox, tunnel, riding toys, and other play structures.
