Nestled in a beautiful location next to Boulder Creek, Dream Makers is a Boulder preschool offering a 5:1 student-teacher ratio, which ensures that our caring and experienced teachers observe each child’s interests and build upon them for a truly unique learning experience

Students flow freely between our two main environments: our creek-side outdoor play and picnic area and our cozy and focused indoor classroom. They laugh, smile, and learn through our enriching programs which include Kindergarten Prep, music, cooking and visiting our Grandfriends. And that’s just our daily routine! Families and friends regularly join us for special evenings where we build gingerbread houses, share Stone Soup prepared by the children, and much more.

Deb Gedenberg - Owner, Director, Lead Teacher

Ms. Deb opened this delightful school in 2002 with an amazing program. With her natural ability to love, nurture, and educate, she guides children into a lifetime of curiosity and learning. Deb has over 30 years of teaching experience including 7 years in the Boulder Valley School District at Mesa Elementary.

Crissy Gedenberg - Teacher

Ms. Crissy, Ms. Deb’s daughter, joined the Dream Makers staff in 2005. Her playful behavior and creative children’s art background make her an amazing teacher. She is our “atelierista,” (art teacher), and uses many types of media to enrich our Reggio Emilia program.

Located on Boulder Creek, Dream Makers preschool has a unique environment with flowing indoor/outdoor play areas.

Unique Cirruculum

Every day art projects and weekly activities such as ballroom dancing, tennis lessons, and visits with ‘Grandfriends’.

Snacks Provided

We provide a light snack consisting of organic fruits and vegetables.

Kindergarten Prep

A specialized Kindergarten Prep program is taught on Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 pm-3:15 pm for children who will be entering kindergarten in the Fall.

Effective Education

We combine a Love & Logic parenting philosophy with a Reggio Emilia approach to learning.
